What's Included

Every kayak rental includes the gear you need for a safe and enjoyable day on the water:

  • Single or tandem kayak
  • Paddles
  • Personal flotation devices (PFDs)
  • Bailing pump
  • Paddle float
  • Foam roof blocks and tie-down straps
  • Optional sprayskirt

We'll help make sure you have the right equipment before you launch.

What To Bring

To make the most of your time on the water, we recommend bringing:

  • Sandals or water shoes
  • Hat or cap
  • Sunscreen
  • Sunglasses
  • Insect repellent
  • Swimsuit or quick-dry clothing
  • Change of clothes
  • Glasses retainer
  • Waterproof camera
  • Wetsuit or drysuit (November–April)

Many of these items are available for purchase or rental at our shop. Bottled water is provided during guided tours, and high-energy trail mix is available after your paddle.
